Refund Policy

At K.A.C Financial Group, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service and support to help you achieve your financial goals. If you believe a refund is warranted, please review our refund policy outlined below. We adhere to the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) to ensure transparency and compliance with all applicable laws.

Refund Eligibility 

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. If K.A.C Financial Group, LLC fails to provide services as outlined in your signed agreement.
  2. If you cancel the service agreement within the cancellation period allowed by law.
  3. If an error occurs that is directly caused by our team, and the issue cannot be resolved.

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Services were completed as specified in the agreement.
  • You choose to discontinue participation in the program after the refund eligibility period has passed.

Cancellation Period

Under CROA regulations, you have the right to cancel your service agreement with K.A.C Financial Group, LLC without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days of signing the agreement. To cancel, you must send a written notice to the email or mailing address provided in your service agreement within this time frame.

Any payments made prior to cancellation will be refunded in full if the cancellation occurs within the three-day window.

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must follow the steps below:

  1. Submit a written refund request, including:
    • Full name
    • Contact information
    • Date of service initiation
    • Reason for refund request

  1. Send your request to:

  2. Allow up to 10 business days for us to review your request. We may contact you for additional information if necessary.

If your refund is approved, processing will begin immediately. Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.


Refund Limitations

Please note the following limitations:

  • Refunds are available only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or reassigned.
  • Fees associated with services already rendered are non-refundable.
  • Fees for third-party services (e.g., credit reports) are non-refundable.
